Beginning January 1, 2026, the following rates for water will be effective:

Minimum bill, 0 – 1,000 gallons = $21.03

All over 1,000 gallons = $7.19 per 1,000

***applicable sales tax is not included in the above rates***

The Cunningham Utility District violated drinking water requirements during the fourth quarter of 2024.

Even though this is not an emergency, you have the right to know what happened and what we are doing to correct this situation.

The Cunningham Utility District has several ongoing construction projects that are being completed by subcontractors. Some of the following roads may have traffic affected for brief amounts of time:

• Hwy 48/13 from Ferry Rd. to Ramblewood Drive
• Chapel Hill Rd. from Liverworth Rd. to Parchman Rd.
• Southside Rd. in the vicinity of Devers Rd.
• Devers Rd. from Southside Rd to Grays Chapel Rd.
• Grays Chapel Rd. from Devers Rd. to Hwy 48.
• Hwy. 48 from Louise Creek Rd. To Indian Creek Rd.
• Indian Creek Rd. from Hwy 48 to Greene Lane.
• Louise Creek Rd. from Hwy 48 to Louise Rd.

The Board of Commissioners of the Cunningham Utility District of Montgomery County, Tennessee meets in open and public sessions on the third Thursday of each month at the District’s office (125 Attaway Road).  If a member of the public wishes to speak at the meeting, he or she must sign up to speak before the meeting by registering on the sign-up sheet that will be available at the meeting.
