Billing Information & Payment Options
Bills are mailed on the 24th of each month and are due by the 5th. After the 5th a 10% late fee is applied. The last day to pay before disconnect notifications is the 15th.
For your convenience we accept cash, checks or money orders. Payments may also be made in person, by phone or online with a debit or credit card.
New features have been added to our online payment portal. We now offer paperless billing and auto pay via debit or credit card. Quick Pay Link
Effective January 1, 2016, all payments made by debit/credit cards will have a 5% Card Processing Fee added to the total amount due.
This fee is imposed to help offset the Administrative Fees charged to us by the individual credit card companies. The fee will appear as a separate charge on your statement as Efexsys Utility SVC Fee.
We also offer automatic Bank Draft, please stop by the office with a voided check to sign up. A copy of our Bank Draft form can be downloaded here Bank Draft Form.
The night deposit box is located near the drive thru. Please do not put cash payments into the night deposit box. To ensure proper credit, please include your bill.
Failure to receive a bill does not relieve your obligation to pay by the due date.
It is the policy of the Cunningham Utility District that applicants must come into the office to complete all paperwork required for new services. If you are moving from out of state or you're unable to appear in person to apply for service, please call us 931-387-3387 for more information. Applications may be completed M-F 7:00am to 3:00pm
